Good, but not for me

It works alright to get the hair out, though it’s left behind a lot of smaller patches of hair behind that I can’t seem to get out. It could be that I got the wrong firmness (medium), and my hair is too thick and my body too warm so it melts down and gets too sticky quickly.
The learning curve is a lot harder than I thought it would be but I don’t blame the product. This was my first time ever trying any sort of waxing after all.

I have pretty sensitive skin (eczema and general sensitivity), and I found it does leave areas of my skin red and irritated as well as some razor bump like pimples.
If you have bigger scars I’d recommend being careful around them. One of my larger keloid scars got a small part of the top layer torn off with the wax and left me bleeding. The rest of my normal scars were okay though.
I wouldn’t personally get it again as it’s not for me, but I can still say it’s a good product for what it is! The customer service is also great. I emailed asking for help and I got a reply of several paragraphs explaining what I can try do differently

Great for a novice

I decided to try out this product and I liked it. It worked really great on my arms and legs but my armpits were a bit tricky. I still got 98-99% of the hair out, so not bad at all. I got the medium thick one sugar wax and since it's
getting cold here, I had to warm it up a little. I'll likely get the softer one next time.

I dent like it its very sticky and does not come out clear.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your sugar paste. Have you tried the sugar not warmed? Are you using a glove to act as a barrier from your hand to the sugar as your hand will sweat and add moisture to the sugar. If you want to send me a message I can help you troubleshoot the problem. As a professional sugarist I know it does work, we may just have to figure out what's happening for you.
